To me, beginning therapy is an act of courage. A bold statement that says “my life can be different and I can change it.” I am honored to be a fellow traveler on your journey, to guide you and point out obstacles.
I believe in a relationship-driven approach. I am guided by genuine curiosity and care for my clients. We will work together to discuss your life and make meaning out of it. All problems occur in context, and I will work hard to understand yours.
Therapy is a wonderful way to practice self-care and it is not just for those in crisis. I have experience working with adults and emerging adults experiencing life changes, anxiety, depression, identity development, low self-esteem, burnout, and distress related to relationships and family.
