As a licensed clinical social worker, I specialize in working with teens, adults and emerging adults, who are facing challenges related to anxiety, grief, anger, and self-identity. Whether you’re navigating a major life transition, managing intense emotions, or feeling stuck under pressure, I provide a supportive space where you can show up as you are, without judgment.

At the core of my work is relationship. I believe meaningful change begins with a strong therapeutic connection, built on empathy, curiosity, respect, and compassion. I meet every client where they’re at, and tailor our work together to reflect your unique experiences and goals.

My approach integrates person-centered therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and mindfulness techniques to help you better understand yourself, develop coping skills, and move forward with clarity and confidence. I also have a special focus on sports performance and mental resilience, helping athletes thrive both on and off the field.

You don’t have to go through it alone. Therapy with me is collaborative, empowering, and grounded in who you are.
