Creating meaningful change and connections in our families, communities, and in the world often begins by first doing our own inner work. I believe that we can only become who we want to be when we learn to accept and love all the parts of ourselves. My approach is primarily psychodynamic and grounded in the science of attachment theory and nervous system regulation. I work best with those wanting to be challenged through outside insight, and who want to learn how to feel and process their emotions.

Together we will address emotions, needs, and beliefs, while also identifying issues in the context of the systems in which we exist. As a queer and trans person myself, I have extra training around LGBTQ+ individuals, as well as lived experience and knowledge from those who I hold in community. I also enjoy working with Autistic folks and other diverse neurotypes, and I am poly and kink-affirming, sex-positive, a Health At Every Size practitioner, and work to incorporate anti-oppressive frameworks into the therapy process.

My main focus is trauma therapy, and I have specific training in EMDR, ERP, ACT. I especially love working with those processing family of origin trauma and those with religious trauma or rebuilding life after high-demand religion. My ideal client is someone who consistently engages in our work with bravery and inner curiosity even when it is difficult. I can’t wait to meet you!
