I’m so grateful you’re here and took the first step in acknowledging the importance of mental health wellness in your life. I am a clinical social worker who loves working with adolescents and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, and caregiver fatigue due to chronic medical conditions, medical trauma, and challenging life events. We’ll start with a safe and non-judgmental space that will allow you to discuss, process, and eventually heal from your experiences. I’ll be here to support you the whole time. I hope to help guide you in your journey of self-discovery and empowerment in achieving mental health wellness.
I love working with…
Stressed-out Mamas
Teens and adults with medical trauma
Adults navigating infertility
Teens and adults with anxiety
In our work together, we’ll create a safe environment for you to feel comfortable exploring and reflecting on how your life experiences have influenced who you are. I take a client-centered approach as you are the expert of your life. By starting where you’re at, we can explore your goals for therapy through acceptance and self-reflection and begin to recognize the barriers to achieving your goals. It is an honor to share this space with you as you explore your values and navigate the path toward healing.
