Whether it’s your first time starting therapy or you’re returning after some time, I am genuinely glad you’re here, and I’m excited to support you on your journey. In a world where hustle culture often pushes mental health aside, there is so much power and courage in choosing to prioritize your well-being. Even during the most difficult seasons of life, there is beauty in the process—sometimes, we just need that reminder and support.
As a bilingual, bicultural Latinx therapist, I am passionate about creating a safe, supportive, and inclusive space for individuals from all backgrounds, where everyone, regardless of gender, feels seen, heard, and valued. I work with adults, children, adolescents, and families. My approach is rooted in compassion, understanding, and respect for each person’s unique experiences. Whether you're facing challenges in your personal life, navigating life transitions, complex trauma, or seeking personal growth, I am here to walk alongside you on your journey of healing, providing support and guidance every step of the way. I utilize a variety of therapeutic approaches, including CBT, trauma-informed therapy, play therapy, and more, to support clients of all ages. I believe in the power of human connection, and with the right tools and support, everyone has the ability to heal and thrive. I am particularly dedicated to serving the Spanish-speaking community, which holds a special place in my heart, and I am excited to work with individuals from diverse backgrounds to foster positive change.
My hope for each of my clients is that, through our work together, we can explore your emotions in depth, help you gain a deeper understanding of yourself, and build the tools you need to navigate life’s challenges with confidence and clarity.
“Healing is a process, not a destination”
