I became a therapist because I believe in the power of safe, meaningful relationships to facilitate healing, reshape how we see ourselves, and transform how we show up in our communities. I’ve seen how our earliest connections leave lasting imprints, and how our identities deeply influence the ways we relate to others and ourselves.
With that in mind, my approach to therapy is to provide a welcoming, inclusive space where you can freely express your thoughts, emotions, and experiences without judgment. I see my role as a guide in helping you make meaningful connections, untangle unhelpful patterns, and rebuild relationships. I view our time together as a collaborative space where growth, curiosity, change, and even celebration can unfold. My style is warm and direct, and I incorporate humor when appropriate. Clients often describe me as empathetic and empowering and say that our work has helped them grow in confidence and shift how they see themselves and their lives.
As a bilingual, tri-cultural queer therapist, I am deeply attuned to how identity and lived experience shape our connection to others, to systems, and ourselves. I believe healing doesn’t have to happen alone, and I strive to create a space where you can show up as your full, multifaceted, and authentic self.
