Hi, and welcome! I’m so glad you’re here. Taking the first step toward therapy takes courage, and I want to acknowledge the strength it takes to reach out for support. My role is to walk alongside you as you begin your healing journey. I provide a welcoming, inclusive space where you can freely share your thoughts, emotions, and experiences without judgment. Together, we’ll work toward clarity, healing, and growth at your own pace.

As a queer, bilingual Latina, I deeply understand how cultural background, family upbringing, and lived experiences shape the way we see ourselves and relate to others.

I specialize in supporting Black, Brown, and LGBTQ+ teens and adults, creating a space where their identities and experiences are respected and honored, and helping them feel supported in their healing and growth into their most authentic selves. My approach is trauma-informed, psychodynamic-relational, and I use techniques from other modalities to help navigate challenges such as trauma, anxiety, family or relationship conflict, life transitions, and grief/loss

To get started working with me, please feel free to email or call me to schedule our complimentary 15-minute consultation. I look forward to working alongside you!
