I bring a grounded, person-centered approach to therapy, with a focus on helping clients explore meaning, clarify values, and build sustainable paths toward personal growth. Originally from London and now in Chicago, I work with adults and couples navigating life transitions, workplace stress, depression, anxiety, relationship challenges, and the ongoing pursuit of purpose and connection.

Before entering the mental health field, I spent over two decades in technology risk and corporate environments, specializing in team dynamics, mentoring, and organizational navigation. This background deeply informs my work, particularly with high-achieving professionals managing anxiety, corporate burnout, and identity shifts. I am especially skilled in supporting clients through communication challenges and conflict resolution—both personally and professionally.

My style is holistic, collaborative, and deeply attentive to your unique goals. Whether you are feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or simply looking to reconnect with your sense of direction, I strive to create a warm, respectful space for thoughtful exploration.

I hold a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Northeastern Illinois University, along with a BSc (Hons) in Psychology and an MSc in Business Psychology. Outside of the office, I enjoy woodworking, baking sourdough, quality coffee, and spending time with my wife, our two young children, and our rescue dog.
