I fundamentally believe that the human experience is one that breeds obstacles full of pain, confusion, & distress. I also fundamentally believe that even in the midst of pain there can still be so much joy. Every human deserves support to manage, understand, & heal from the difficult experiences this life presents us with, but also deserves encouragement in learning to find & celebrate joy! Life unfortunately can sometimes get the best of us, but there is always hope for something more, something better, something different. I deeply believe that with therapy, people can transform their lives.
I work with adults, children, parents, couples, & families to unearth, shift, & supplement ways of being that have not yielded what one may feel they want from life. My approach is relational and insight-oriented, characterized by a deep passion for understanding my clients unique experiences as they get to know themselves more clearly and fully.
Healing can be hard, overwhelming, & maybe even downright terrifying. It is often valuable to have professional guidance, but more significantly a caring, dedicated companion that is willing to join you along the way. As a team we work to create a life that feels rooted & meaningful. If you are ready to find something different I’d love to hear from you.
