My focus and experience as a therapist consists of working with adolescents and adults guiding and facilitating them towards identifying and managing their life stressors. In order to assist my clients it is important to create a safe and supportive environment in which they are being validated and heard. I view the therapeutic relationship as collaborative with empathy and transparency. I am committed to helping individuals discover themselves and develop healthy and positive ways of living.

I am bilingual and bicultural and can provide both direct and indirect individualized therapy services in Spanish. I have focused my work on supporting racial minority groups though I am excited to support individuals of all cultural backgrounds.I have experience providing individual, family, and couples therapy. I have experience assisting individuals presenting with concerns related to relational and family issues, emotional, psychological and domestic violence, depression, anxiety, racial identity, trauma/complex trauma.

As a therapist, experiencing individuals meet their personalized goals set in therapy has been the most rewarding experience. My goal is to work together to understand the underlying causes of your stressors and develop strategies that will help you reach your goals and feel better.
